Not recieving emails from Icon?
I understand some are not recieving emails from the club, instead they are going into the spam or promotion boxes.
If you could please add your email address to your contacts list and also reply to an email.
Another option is, when the email is found in the promotions/spam folder: click on the Label button and untick promotion
If still have emails going to promotions/spam folder, then they could also put a filter on to direct all emails from your email address to go directly to their inbox.
